We have a variety of ways to help you pay your bill quickly and easily!
The easiest way to pay is via the LOOP smartphone app. You can download the app from the iOS or Google Play App Stores and then log in with your username and password. Once you're signed in, here's how you can pay your bill:
- Step 1: From the main menu, select “Pay bill”.

Step 2: You’ll be shown the amount that is due for your next payment. You will also see two buttons that allow you to Make A Payment or view your Payment Schedule.

Step 3: By tapping “Make a payment” or by scrolling down you will be able to choose your payment amount.

Step 4: After selecting the amount you’d like to pay, tap “Continue”.
- Step 5: Provide your billing details.
- Step 6: After adding your billing details, tap “Pay” at the bottom of your screen. You can also enable or disable Automatic Payments from this screen.
- Step 7: At the confirmation screen, tap “Agree and Process Payment”.
- Step 8: Once your payment has been sent, you’ll be able to see your confirmation number and request a receipt if you would like one to be emailed to you.
We also have a couple of other ways you can pay.
You can sign in to our payment portal at loop.paynow.page where you can easily control your payment options and even sign up for autopay. To log in you'll just need to enter your Policy Number (the number starting with either PPA or LOO) and your Zip Code (5 digits). You can access the payment portal here.
You can also make a payment via our automated phone system at 1-844-544-LOOP (5667). Make sure to have your policy number handy!
