We hope everyone is okay and that if an accident did occur everyone is safe and sound. Once you are ready, you can file a claim on the LOOP App by following the below instructions.

Once your claim is filed, you should expect to hear from your adjuster within 2 business days. Please allow them time to review all of the information on your claim and be sure to check your phone and email for any messages from the adjuster in case they have additional questions about the accident.
Once your claim has been filed you should receive an email with your adjuster's name and contact information as well as your claim number. For any status updates or questions related to your claim once it's been filed you should reach out to your adjuster directly by phone or email.
Here's how to file a claim on the LOOP app:
Step 1: From the main menu, select “Make a Claim”
Step 2: Follow the prompts on screen and answer the questions accordingly.
Step 3: After answering each question, tap “Next”
Step 4: Let us know whether the accident occurred just now or some time in the past.
Step 5: Provide additional details about the loss.
Step 6: Answer the remaining questions on screen.
When answering the questions throughout the process, you may attach files (such as photos of any damage or a police report) at the bottom of the screen.
Step 7: The last screen allows you to provide any additional details or information you may want to include before submitting the claim.
When you’re ready, tap “Complete my claim” and you’ll have successfully submitted your claim through the LOOP app.
If you are not a LOOP Member (a third party claimant, a Lienholder, a legal representative, etc) please fill out this form to begin the claim filing process.
