If you're a LOOP Member, staying up-to-date with the latest version of our app is crucial for maintaining your policy and enjoying uninterrupted coverage. This guide is designed to help you navigate the upgrade process smoothly, ensuring you continue to benefit from LOOP's fair and transparent pricing, along with our dedicated support.
Why Do I Need To Update?
This upgrade process only applies to Members who have received a "revised renewal offer" or "upgrade" email, asking them to upgrade their policy and app. Members with the old version of our app have to upgrade because the old version will be sunset from Apple and Google Play Stores by March 31st, 2024.
Can’t I Just Download The New App?
You will not be able to access the new version of the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, until you use the unique link that was sent to you via email. You also cannot purchase a new policy or make a new payment through the new app if you haven’t upgraded through your unique link.
How to Upgrade Your LOOP Policy
- Locate Your Unique Upgrade Link: Check your email for a message from LOOP containing a unique link to upgrade your app. This link is specifically tailored to your account and policy details. Login requires use of the primary named insured phone number.
- Review Your Policy Details: Before updating, take a moment to review your policy details, including your total premium amount, down payment, and monthly payment.
- Follow the Upgrade Instructions: Click on your unique upgrade link and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upgrade process.
- Confirmation: After updating, you'll receive a confirmation message ensuring that your policy is active and your app is up-to-date.
