Welcome to LOOP! We are so glad you are riding with us. Here are a few next steps and FAQ's to help make your LOOP experience as smooth as possible.
As a quick reminder, LOOP policies are subject to additional review and confirmation of driving records and claims history within the first 60 days.
Download the LOOP app
On the app you'll be able to download your policy documents, make payments, file claims, and get in touch with our amazing Care Team.
You can also head to the app store and find the LOOP: FAIR CAR INSURANCE app. Look for the app with the black background.
- Once you download the app, tap the "Login" button
- Enter your phone number to receive a secure code that will allow you sign in
- Enable your location settings. This is one of the main ways the LOOP looks out for our members. We use technology instead of many traditional rating factors to offer fairly priced insurance. We measure your driving behaviors and this allows us to give you the most fair price based on how you actually drive.
- Once logged in you can view your documents, make payments, file claims and more!
From the payment section on the home screen of the app, you can update your card on file, view payment history, and see the details of any upcoming payments.
