Auto Pay is one of the many features that LOOP offers to make things easier for you.
To enroll, or opt out of Auto Pay, first log into LOOP's PayNow Portal using your full LOOP Policy Number (beginning with the letters LOO or PPA) and your zip code.
After entering your payment information, you will see the option to save your billing info for future payments and enable Auto Pay. Going forward you will be charged automatically on your billing date.
Please note that by default, all of our customers are enrolled in Auto-Pay when making a payment through our PayNow Portal.
To opt out of Auto Pay, you'll just need to make sure that box is unchecked when making your next payment, or contact our Care Team for assistance.
Please note that Auto Pay will only be enabled or disabled when clicking "Pay" to make a payment, as seen below.
