Audits:
LOOP policies are subject to additional review and confirmation of driving records and claims history within the first 60 days. This could result in a change in your premium.

Auto Pay:
When making a payment through our payment portal, if you don’t uncheck “enroll in Auto Pay” you agree to have your installments automatically come out of the account on file.

App:
To make sure you receive all possible discounts for future terms, you have to have the app on to assess your driving habits. The better you drive, the more of a discount you can get. *Please do not handle or touch the app while driving. We care about your safety and encourage you to keep your eyes on the road.

Policy fee:
This fee helps us process and maintain your policy, order your driving records and provide our members with the support they need.

Paperless Company:
We are a 100% paperless company. This means that all policy documents and communications with you will be through email, phone, text, and through the LOOP app.

Accepted Payment Types:
We accept all major credit and debit cards such as VISA, AMEX, Mastercard, and Discover. We do not accept prepaid cards or checking accounts.

Payment Due Dates:
You will receive a due date for your payments. If you miss your payment due date, you’ll receive a pending cancellation notice within 1 day of missing your payment. From there, you will have until the date on the notice to make the payment and prevent the policy from being canceled. You can find more on your payment due dates by using the LOOP app or using the paynow portal HERE.

Claims:
You can use our app to submit a claim, simply tap the "Make a Claim" icon on the home screen, or by submitting this form. After submitting your claim, our claims team will reach out to you typically within 2 businesses day.
