Welcome to LOOP! We are so glad you are riding with us. Here are a few next steps and FAQ's to help make your LOOP experience as smooth as possible.
As a quick reminder, LOOP policies are subject to additional review and confirmation of driving records and claims history within the first 60 days. This could result in a change in your premium.
Download the LOOP app
On the app you can access your documents, view your plan details and make payments
You can also head to the app store and find the LOOP: Equitable auto insurance app. Look for the app with the the yellow background.
- Once you download the app, scroll down to "Create your account," enter your first and last name, your policy number including the dashes, and your zip code. You will be able to sign in once your policy is active
- Turn on your location settings. This is one of the main ways the LOOP looks out for our members. We use technology instead of many traditional rating factors to offer fairly priced insurance. We measure your driving behaviors and this allows us to give you the most fair price based on how you actually drive.
- You’ll be able to find your declarations page and ID cards in the app as well. Just find your way to the "Insurance" tab right next to the "Home" icon and scroll down to where it says "Policy documents" under Insurance details.
Setup your payments
Within the payment portal you will find your payment options including setting up autopay. To log in you’ll just need to enter your Policy Number (the number starting with either PPA or LOO) and your Zip Code (5 digits). You can access the payment portal here.
